Why hire Valternative?

Valternative is about spaces and people who use them. We take pride in working with carefully chosen individuals and businesses by establishing connections that last. We applaud craftmanship and fine detailing. Every design project is different, and versatility is crucial, so individual approach is the foremost step in our process. There is no prefabricated formula when it comes to planning and designing, whilst the primary focus is on the people who will use the space. The overall space, light direction, area, nature's elements, and history of the property all play an important part in the design project, to name a few. Detailed and deliberate blend of contemporary and heritage is evident in every space we design.

What is property staging?

In partnership with Christie’s Real Estate Singapore, Valternative works exclusively on high end residential properties available for sale in Singapore. We use quality partners or contractors and furniture providers to refurbish, fit out, and style the properties in order to present a property for a faster and more viable sale process.  

Where can Valternative work?

Valternative is predominantly working in Singapore. However, no place is too far to get to. We have worked in the UK, Croatia, and India. Feel free to get in touch with us to discuss the possibilities and the project scope.

Does Valternative work with other trade professionals?

Yes, we have carefully selected business partners we work with, ranging from architects, arts specialists, audio-visual specialists, furniture craftsmen, factories, landscape architects, artists, through to florists, gardeners and specialised carpenters. Partnerships we form are with individuals and business who are located across the globe, which ensures we can tap into many more creative and bespoke options, wherever the project might be.
